Is the audio file required to completely download before it starts playing?

No - Website Voicing plays and downloads audio simultaneously. We accurately buffer the file length and bit rate of an audio file and start playing the audio file before the file has finished downloading to the site visitor. The file is completely downloaded by the time the user reaches the end of the entire audio file. Subsequent plays of the same audio file are then stored and played locally.
